Online purchase of the digital product
The AlpinaSuite Method is a digital product with online access and a one-off payment, which includes the 60-chapter interactive ebook, the Pack Guide, the Questions & Answers, The Method in Action and five proprietary digital tools: My Project, Editable Contracts, Advanced Profitability Calculator, Purchase Diagnosis and Cleaning Management. The tools are part of the product and are not sold separately.
The purchase is made online using the buttons provided on the sales page. Pressing a purchase button opens the order summary, with the product, the total amount and the applicable terms. From there, by pressing the payment button, the user is taken to Stripe Checkout, a secure external platform responsible for processing the payment.
- The price shown on the sales page will be the price applicable at the time of purchase.
- Payment is made through Stripe Checkout.
- Once payment has been completed successfully, access to the product is delivered automatically by email.
- The buyer will receive the corresponding electronic invoice issued by Grupo Alpinasuite S.L.
- The product is aimed at people over 18 interested in the holiday rental sector.
The user is responsible for entering their details correctly during the purchase process, especially their email address, as it will be the channel used to send access to the product purchased.
The contract is governed by the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, by Law 34/2002 (LSSI) as regards electronic contracting, and by Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on general terms and conditions of contract.
Immediate access to the digital content
The AlpinaSuite Method is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Access is delivered automatically and immediately after purchase, at the buyer's express request.
Before paying, the user sees this information on the purchase screen itself. By pressing the payment button, the user expressly requests and accepts:
- Immediate access to the digital content.
- The immediate performance of the service.
- The loss of the right of withdrawal under article 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
What this does not limit. The above does not affect the rights legally available to consumers in the event of a lack of conformity of the digital content (articles 114 et seq. of the same text), nor any other right recognised by consumer law. If the content does not correspond to what was described, is not available, or has a technical issue attributable to Grupo Alpinasuite S.L. that effectively prevents access and cannot be resolved, the buyer may claim and a solution will be provided.
If you experience any technical issue with access, you can contact us and we will be happy to help:
Private access, designed for you
Access to the AlpinaSuite Method is personal, individual and non-transferable. It is given to the buyer as part of a private, carefully crafted experience, and its use is reserved exclusively for the purchaser.
- Access is strictly personal and linked to the buyer.
- Sharing links, passwords or access credentials is not permitted.
- Distributing, copying or disseminating the content by any means is not permitted.
- Reselling, reusing or incorporating the material into your own or third-party products is not permitted.
- In the event of misuse, AlpinaSuite reserves the right to cancel access with no right to a refund.
Content created from scratch
All the content that forms part of the AlpinaSuite Method —ebook, guide, contracts, calculator, diagnosis, cleaning management, The Method in Action, methodology, texts, design and visual resources— is the exclusive property of Grupo Alpinasuite S.L. or it holds the rights necessary for its use within the product.
Its reproduction in whole or in part, as well as its adaptation, translation, dissemination, assignment, sale, public communication or making available to third parties by any means, is prohibited without express written authorisation, under the terms of the consolidated text of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law.
A guide, not a guarantee
The AlpinaSuite Method shares an approach, a methodology and a set of resources built from real experience. However, its content is educational and informative and does not constitute personalised legal, tax, financial, planning, technical or professional advice.
- No specific financial results or returns are guaranteed.
- Results will depend on many external factors, the market, location, investment, the user's execution and their own situation.
- Each user is responsible for interpreting, adapting and applying the method in their own project or business.
- AlpinaSuite is not responsible for business decisions, investments, renovations, property purchases or actions taken by the user on the basis of the content.
- The results of the calculators and the Purchase Diagnosis —including the website's free calculator— are estimates calculated with the data the user enters. They help to position and compare; they do not constitute a forecast nor do they replace professional advice.
Templates that support, not replace
The contracts and documents included in the Method are designed as guidance-only, editable templates, intended to make holiday rental owners' daily work easier.
- They are editable, guidance-only documents, not final versions.
- They must be adapted by the user to their specific situation, location and circumstances.
- AlpinaSuite is not responsible for the use each user makes of them.
- AlpinaSuite does not guarantee their legal validity in all cases or in all jurisdictions.
- If you consider it necessary, we recommend reviewing them with a professional you trust.
We see the contracts as a solid starting point, built from experience, which the user can customise to reflect their own situation faithfully.
Tools included
The five digital tools —My Project, Editable Contracts, Advanced Profitability Calculator, Purchase Diagnosis and Cleaning Management— are part of the AlpinaSuite Method and open from inside it: My Project from the side menu, and the others under «AlpinaSuite Tools». They are not sold separately and require no additional payment.
- Access is activated after purchase, with the same Method key, and remains linked to the buyer.
- It is not transferable and may not be assigned to third parties. The access key is personal and must be treated as such.
- The data the user enters in the tools is processed in their browser. Grupo Alpinasuite S.L. neither receives nor stores it; what is kept (custom costs, cleaning checklists, cleaning history, reading progress) is saved only on the device from which they are used.
- The tools may incorporate improvements, fixes or updates over time.
AlpinaSuite reserves the right to modify, update, replace, suspend or withdraw, in whole or in part, any of the content, tools, digital resources or services linked to the AlpinaSuite Method where there are technical, operational, commercial or legal reasons that make it advisable.
Purchasing the AlpinaSuite Method grants access to the content available at the time of purchase and to the updates AlpinaSuite voluntarily decides to offer. It does not imply an obligation to maintain indefinitely access to content, tools or digital services that may be withdrawn or discontinued in the future as part of the project's natural evolution.
